Rachel from The Netherlands had her second and last individual rehearsal today in Yerevan. Her bit of a rebellious song is staged nicely and does express what she talks about in her song, very well.

Rachel, the contestant for The Netherlands, continues the row of highly energetic first rehearsals. She brings four dancers to the stage and spends a large part of the time on the prop set up on the stage in Armenia.

Rachel had quite a long road to the victory of the Dutch national selection for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest. Yet she managed and will now go to Yerevan with her song Teenager. 

Today, at the traditional Heads of Delegations meeting, the running order draw for this year's Junior Eurovision Song Contest was held. So, now we know who will perform at which place!

A decision was made in the Netherlands - they picked Yassir and Rachel to go forward to the final of their national selection. Congratulations!

Today, representatives of all participating countries are in Minsk, the host city of the 2010 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, to be informed about all the excitement that is coming up. They all officially delivered their song, artist information, photos and video. In the upcoming days, we will introduce all 14 contestants to you right here on JuniorEurovision.tv!

Ralf and his team are on their way back to the Netherlands, where an enormous crowd is expected to welcome him at the airport. Last night's winners already departed Kyiv as true stars, as the Dutch delegation arranged a comfortable drive to the airport. As true stars, they departed in a white limousine! Ralf and their dancers were over the moon!

Ralf Mackenbach, the winner of the 2009 Junior Eurovision Song Contest was so very happy at his press conference that it looked like when he was on the stage here in Kyiv, Ukraine!

Voters and juries from 13 countries all over Europe have made their decision: The Netherlands won the 7th edition of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Kyiv, Ukraine! Congratulations!!

Today the last participants of the 2009 Junior Eurovision Song Contest finished their second rehearsals. All the young stars from thirteen countries have now had a chance to check out the stage and give a final touch to their act.

The last second rehearsal of the 2009 Junior Eurovision Song Contest here in Kyiv, Ukraine, was the one from the representative of The Netherlands, Ralf Mackenbach. 

Last night the grand Opening Party of the 2009 Junior Eurovision Song Contest was held at the Ukrainian House in Kyiv. All the delegations and organisers were present and had a lot of fun!

Ralf Mackenbach gave quite a different performance today from everyone else. Namely, he's the only kid this year who tap-dances! He had his first rehearsal today in Kyiv. 

Ralf Mackenbach won last night's Dutch national selection for the seventh Junior Eurovision Song Contest with his song Click Clack.
