Today, at 20:15 Central European Time (CET), the 2010 Junior Eurovision Song Contest started! The younger brother of the Eurovision Song Contest will feature participants from 14 countries, competing for the trophy in the Belarusian capital of Minsk. 

Today is the day for the Dress Rehearsals here in the Minsk Arena, the place where the 2010 Junior Eurovision Song Contest takes place. The show will be rehearsed a total of three times to make sure everything runs perfectly tomorrow night!

The last second rehearsal of the 2009 Junior Eurovision Song Contest here in Kyiv, Ukraine, was the one from the representative of The Netherlands, Ralf Mackenbach. 

The second to last to rehearse today for the second time at the 2009 Junior Eurovision Song Contest were the Georgian representatives, the group Princesses. 

The Serbian representative at this year's Junior Eurovision Song Contest, the band Ništa Lično, got to the stage today, for their second rehearsal.

So, the second rehearsals continue at full speed here in Kyiv's Palace of Sports! It was Romania's Ioana Anuta performing together with what looked like ten other people!

"Gol-gol!" or "Goal, goal!" was the hit slogan today at the second Armenian rehearsal today from their song Barcelona. Luara Hayrapetyan was the one cheering for her favourite football club in Kyiv, Ukraine.

The Russian child-star, Ekaterina Ryabova, had her second rehearsal today in Kyiv, at the Palace of Sports at the 2009 Junior Eurovision Song Contest. 

As mentioned before, today, a lot is going on at the backstage of the 2009 Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Kyiv. The young stars are filming the postcards and getting acquainted with the Arena in Ukraine.
