Anastasiya Petryk from Ukraine received a total of 138 points with her song Nebo (Sky). Last year's winner Georgia, with The Funkids, finished second with 103 points and Armenia's Compass Band finished third with 98 points.

Anastasiya Petryk from Ukraine met the press shortly after winning the 2012 Junior Eurovision Song Contest. She was accompanied at the conference by the Ukrainian Head of Delegation, along with AVRO Press Officer Francois Engelhart. For much of the conference her elder sister Victoria joined her on stage.
