Today at 14.00 CET the first Dress Rehearsal of the 2009 Junior Eurovision Song Contest started! The excitement is growing here at the Palace of Sports in Kyiv, Ukraine!

Oliver, who sings for Belgium, has an ear infection! He woke up this morning with pain and went straight to a doctor! We spoke with him!
