The 2016 Junior Eurovision Song Contest will be held in multiple locations in across Valletta, the EBU and Maltese broadcaster PBS confirmed today at a press conference in Stockholm. The event will be held on Sunday 20th November in the afternoon, in order to make the event more suitable for family prime time viewing.

12 countries take part

This year, contestants from 12 countries will take part in the contest. They're representing Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Georgia, Israel, Moldova, The Netherlands, Russia, Sweden and Ukraine.

KYIV 2013
On November 30

This year the Junior Eurovision Song Contest will be held in Kyiv, Ukraine. It'll be the 11th edition of the contest and the second time it'll be hosted in Kyiv. Check out the host city and country!
