Ukraine sends Anastasiya to Amsterdam
Ukraine has picked Anastasiya Petryk to represent them at the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest in Amsterdam. Congratulations!
The Ukrainian selection for the Junior contest started already over a month ago, when the semi-finalists were picked to go to the children's camp of Artek.
There they were prepared for the contest, given vocal and choreography lessons. However, in the end it was still a contest.
And this contest had one winner - Anastasiya Petryk with the song Nebo (Heaven in English). She was followed by Polina Andreeva and Tatiana Gulick. The winner was picked by a jury and the viewers.
Her sister, Victoria Petryk has already represented Ukraine once at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, finishing second.
Anastasia will represent Ukraine now at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest on the 1st of December in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
