It's less than ten days for our favourite date in the calendar: Junior Eurovision Day! This year's Song Contest takes place the 1st of December so we've decided to introduce our stars for you to get to know them better. Meet our star from Belgium, Fabian.
Meet our stars: Fabian from Belgium
Belgium has participated in every Junior Eurovision Song Contest so this year they will have their 10th entry. Their best placement to date is a 4th place in 2009 with Laura and Zo Verliefd (Yodelo). Last year in Yerevan Femke finished seventh with Een Kusje Meer.
This year Belgium has a song called Abracadabra sang by Fabian (14) from Arendonk, near Antwerp. He is a real rocker and plays guitar and piano. You can check his biography, pictures and video on his participant profile.
All the contestants in the 2012 Belgian national selection performed a charity song to help children with cancer to go on camp. It’s a video made by Ketnet and by the Flemish League Against Cancer.
The clip is used as a promotional video for a campaign that sells apples to children. With the money they make by selling the apples, the Flemish League Against Cancer organizes camps for children with cancer.
Remember that the 2012 Junior Eurovision Song Contest will be held in Amsterdam on Saturday the 1st of December at 20:15 CET and you can watch it live right here on Eurovision.tv!
