Lova Sönnerbo has been picked as the winner of the Swedish national selection this year and will thus represent them in Amsterdam!

Lilla Melodifestivalen, the Swedish national selection for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, had eight contestants trying to get the honour of carrying their flag in Amsterdam.

The show was held in Gröna Lund, an amusement park in Stockholm and the songs were judged by a professional jury.

In the end there was one winner and it was the 13-year-old Lova Sönnerbo with the song Mitt Mod! She will now follow Erik Rapp who represented Sweden in Yerevan, Armenia last year.
